Warranty

All HOAPA one-piece sticks have a one-time replacement warranty for breakage during normal usage within 30 days of delivery. Normal use does NOT include breakage due to contact with other players, skates, sticks (slashing), boards, nets, use on asphalt or cement surfaces, etc. and hence no replacement will be offered in those cases.

Warranties within the 30 day period will be covered by HOAPA. With the shipping ,duties and customs charges paid by the customer.

To initiate a warranty please complete the form below with photocopy of your original receipt, a full photo of the stick AND clear pictures showing the breakage area from different angles as well as a description of how the stick was broken.

HOAPA Sports Warranty department will determine if the products damage was caused by normal use and investigate for misuse, tampering, heating, abuse or deception.
